Shipping Areas

We currently offer shipping services to United Kingdom, and German. If you are located elsewhere, please feel free to contact us at contact@kirolumo.com. We will be happy to meet your needs and ship to most countries worldwide upon request.

Shipping Time

Our standard delivery time is 3-10 business days. On average, our customers typically receive their items within approximately one week after shipping.

  • We are not liable for any delays caused by customs inspections, carrier operational issues, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. Estimated delivery dates are provided for reference only and do not constitute a contractual obligation.
  • During busy periods, our deadlines may be extended.
  • We ensure that delivery times are always trackable throughout the order process.

Shipping Fees

  • All orders over £59 qualify for free shipping.
  • For orders under £59, a shipping fee of £3.99 applies.

Order Tracking

After placing your order, you’ll receive an Order Acknowledgement email confirming your details. Once shipped, a Shipment Confirmation email will provide your order number, carrier information, tracking number, and order status.

You can track your package on the carrier's website within 24 hours or use the "Track Your Order" feature on our website for convenience. 

If you need further assistance, email us at contact@kirolumo.com. Please note: tracking is available for 60 days, and we cannot assist with inquiries beyond this period.

Delivery Issues

Our delivery is confirmed upon the carrier's receipt of the package. If the courier places the package in an unauthorized location without your consent, please refuse to accept it. Once the package is accepted, the customer assumes responsibility for its safety.

We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged, If the item is damaged in transit, please immediately email contact@kirolumo.com within 3 business days after receiving shipping.

If your order was damaged during transit, please contact us promptly, by sending us a picture.

If possible, please record any issue concerning the delivery (damaged/soaked package, torn/bent products...) to the carrier when you receive your order.

Change My Shipping Address

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email contact@kirolumo.com as soon as you can.

If the package has not yet been dispatched, we cannot guarantee a resolution but will do our best to accommodate your request. Once the package has entered the shipping process, no further changes can be made, and the address provided at the time of order submission will be considered final.

Missing Items

We apologize if an order gets stuck at customs, is sent back, or even lost during the delivery process! Please contact our support team at contact@kirolumo.com to inquire if you would like either a refund or a replacement for your order.

About Tax

There will be no more charges once you have placed your order successfully. In some cases, there may be VAT or other taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by your destination country. However, based on our experience, such a situation is very rare.

If you still have some concerns about the tax, you can learn some information about your local customs policy. We are more than willing to help if there is anything we can do.

Delivery Time Exceeded

Delivery time may experience delays due to unexpected situations, like customs inspection, severe weather, strikes, etc. If your order is delayed, please contact us via email at contact@kirolumo.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will check the situation with the transportation company on time. Thanks for your understanding and support.
